Refund Policy

How billing works
OmniaKey is prepaid and pay-as-you-go. You top up a USD balance, every call to Claude / GPT / Gemini / Grok is billed per token as it's forwarded to the upstream model, and you only pay for what you use. No subscription, no monthly fee, no auto-renewal, no expiry on your balance.
Top-ups are non-refundable
All successful top-ups are final. We do not refund unused or consumed account balance, including when you top up more than intended, change your mind, stop using the Service, or close your account. This applies to card and cryptocurrency top-ups. Your balance does not expire and remains available while your account is in good standing.
This policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If applicable law requires a refund, that legal requirement controls.
Billing corrections
We investigate genuine duplicate payments and billing errors. A correction fixes an incorrect payment or account balance; it is not a general refund option.
- You were charged twice for the same top-up. Email us from the address on your account with the amount and approximate payment time. If we confirm a duplicate, we will reverse the duplicate payment to the original payment method or correct your balance.
- You were charged for a broken upstream response. If the upstream returned a non-2xx error but your account was still debited, email us the request id from the response header. We credit it back to your balance within 1–2 business days.
- Your bill doesn't match the dashboard. If the deductions on
/dashboard/billingdon't add up against the per-call rows on/dashboard/usage, write to us. We reconcile and credit any difference to your balance within 1–2 business days.
Account-balance corrections remain in your prepaid balance. They can be used for future calls but cannot be cashed out or returned to a payment method.
